今天，Sarah老师要推荐的歌曲叫做Ten in the Bed（十个宝贝在床上）。这首歌既可以作为宝贝睡前仪式的歌曲，也可以通过歌曲认识英文数字1-10。歌曲还有配套的绘本。

床上有十个宝贝会有什么好玩的事情发生呢？

Here we go!

There were ten in the bed and the little one said,

"Roll over, roll over"

So they all rolled over and one fell out.

There were nine in the bed and the little one said,

(eight, seven, six, five, four, three改动数字即可）

我们开始吧。

床上有十个宝贝，

最小的那个宝贝说，

翻身吧，翻身吧，

所以他们都翻了个身，一个宝贝从床上掉了下来。

我好孤单啊！

和Ten in the Bed搭配的游戏也可以很有趣哟。宝贝可以扮演起看护人的角色，安排ta的“小宝贝”们入睡。一边哼唱歌曲，一边帮“小宝贝”们翻身。视频里的结局宝贝们还喜欢吗？你可以策划出一个更好的结局吗？

宝贝们可以玩角色扮演的游戏，也可以号召其他家庭成员一起来个真人版的Ten in the Bed。爸爸妈妈滚下床的画面不要太美。玩的时候注意安全哟。
